Refund policy

At Armed Appalachia, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@armedappalachia.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Size & Fit

Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
